Jenny was quick to response and took her time putting up sign for our son’s birthday. It was cold outside from the winter storm but she was very patient putting up the sign. This was my first time using Spell it Out. Jennifer was so responsive, and checked in to ensure we had a great experience for my mom’s 82nd birthday. It was a surprise for her, and Jennifer worked with me to choose a time when my mom would be away. I loved how quickly she responded each time to my emails. Communication was 5 star by itself.
